Nestled on the border of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, Pench Tiger reserve is one of the most visited tiger reserves in India. Pench is also home to many other rare species like Barasingha, Leopard, Porcupine and Gaur.

Located in the state of Maharashtra is the famous Tadoba National Park. Spread over an area of 1727 sq km, Tadoba National Park is home to numerous species like panthers, tigers, sloth bears, wild dogs, hyenas, jackals, bison, sambar, barking deer, herds of deer and many more. One of the oldest and most famous National Parks in India, Tadoba sees a lot of tourists, looking to get acquainted with the wildlife in India.

On the Pench with Tadoba National Park tour, we would begin our journey from Nagpur, from where we would drive to Pench National Park. On the next two days, we would be exploring different parts of Pench National Park. On the 4th day of Pench with Tadoba National Park tour, we would move to Tadoba National Park, one of the oldest national parks in India. Upon reaching Tadoba, the next two days would be again reserved for wildlife exploration. On day 7 of the Pench with Tadoba National Park tour, we would depart for Nagpur, marking an end to our Pench with Tadoba National Park tour.

Tadoba National Park : – Tadoba Tiger Reserve is the pristine and unique eco-system situated in the Chandrapur district of the Maharashtra State of India. The Reserve contains some of the best of forest tracks and endowed with rich biodiversity. It is famous for its natural heritage. Tadoba Tiger reserve was created in 1995. The area of the Reserve is 625.40 sq. km. This includes Tadoba National Park, created in 1955 with an area of 116.55 sq. km. and andhari Wildlife Sanctuary created in 1986 with an area of 508.85 sq. km. The Reserve is constituted with 577.96 sq. km. Reserve Forest, 32.51 sq. km. Protected Forest and 14.93 sq. km. other areas.

Often referred to as “The Jewel of Vidharba”, the Tadoba National Park lies in the heart of a reserved forest, it is an infinite treasure trove of innumerable species of trees and plants – and wildlife that includes tigers, panthers, sloth bears, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, bison, barking deer, nil gai, sambar, and cheatal.
